Dub Echoes is a documentary that follows the history of Jamaican dub music from it's roots in reggae to it's ongoing popularity and role in the birth of modern electronic and hip hop music. Dub transformed the studio's role in the music-making process, making it a new, vital instrument in the creative experience.

The film includes interviews with many top artists from the reggae and electronic music worlds, including Lee "Scratch" Perry and Sly & Robbie.

Dub Echoes was directed and produced by Brazilian Bruno Natal and edited by Daniel Ferro, Julio Adler and Rafael Mellin. It was filmed in Kingston Jamaica, London, New York City, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.

Dub Echoes was an official selection of Jamaica's 2008 Reggae Film Festival and the 2008 Tempo Festival in Sweden. More information is available on their website, http://www.du bechoes.com .
