    Launched in 2010,  Bayside Rocks Festival was principally initiated as a full day celebration of cultural awareness and consciousness as manifested  here in the United States.  Bayside Rocks Festival  was designed to cater to all genuine cultural expressions and aesthetics. It has been well received by persons of eclectic tastes who hail from all walks of life. Bayside Rocks Festival is an exhibition of vision for the arts, and for the creative expressions of the community.     DubConscious, the dub reggae jam band haling from Athens, Georgia, is in the studio rehearsing and recording for their upcoming American tour.

    Many of the DubConscious tour dates are in Colorado, with stops including a free reggae show at Aspen's Belly Up, followed by Breckenridge and then Telluride for a return to "Fly Me To the Moon". Additional Colorado dates include Denver and Boulder. On the return trip, DubConscious will play reggae shows in Lawrence, St. Louis, Jackson Mississippi, Tuscaloosa, and Birmingham, concluding with Jacksonville Florida at Freebird Live on a sunday night with Elliot Lipp. The band reports that they're " already gettin' excited for this one. • Little Hero's dancehall album Little Hero's dancehall album takes top spot on Billboard reggae chart

    Revelation, dancehall reggae artiste Little Hero's debut album, has opened at the #1 spot on the Billboard reggae charts, beating out reggae mainstays including UB40, a handful of Marleys, and Grammy nominee Heavy D for the week of January 25th.

    Released on Delroy Roberts’ Inspire Records imprint in 2008, the album's first single, Praise God held the top spot on the VI Top 20 Reggae Chart and the New York and the South Florida Reggae Charts. Here's the Praise God video

    "I just have to give thanks to the Most High for making it possible because having a #1 album on the Billboard chart is a dream every artist wants to reach," says Little Hero. "The love and the appreciation feels great. It would not have been possible without the fans, DJs, soundsystems, my family and my friends."

    Regular touring has also contributed to Little Hero’s achievements in and outside of Jamaica which is reflected in the broad selection of 15-tracks, including the hit Inna Di Ghetto. The next single from Revelation will be King Solomon World. Recorded over an inspirational one-drop riddim, Little Hero energizes the song with conscious vibes and a stirring message of positivity

    Little Hero has recently completed a Caribbean tour and is working on the album release plans. Fans can expect "more love and more music in 2009," he says. Revelation is available now on I-Tunes and e-tailers like VP Records.
